week 10 &11

WEEK 10
Perfection is my number one obstacle. Most of the time I need to see an example of what I am supposed to be doing, for example a essay for class or a drawing. I look for examples so I can be sure that I am doing it correctly.
I believe everyone would like to do the best they can but the more I look for perfection the less I find it. I also am constricted for time but I do my best to make time for my responsibilities.

WEEK 11
I think I am a bit of both sides. I like to organize but I also multi task. I am a very visual learner, like I said in week 10. I do try to memorize things I am learning and do as I go to learn more and gain more insight. My emotions get the best of me in situations but I am learning to rationalize more.

  1. I also can get hung up on the example and then seek perfection. I like that you mentioned making time for all of your responsibilities. It is important to not get lost in one project and let the others suffer. I like that you are aware of your ablity to use both sides of your brian and that you are reflective on how to improve.

  2. Week 10 Response: feeling like your work must be perfect can become a huge obstacale. I too tend to struggle with that! it is especially apparent with my wrtinig. I like how you said:I believe everyone would like to do the best they can but the more I look for perfection the less I find it. That reminds me of taking a multiple choice test and the rule to not go back ang change your answer, cause most likely you were right the first time.

Week 11 Response: Feeling like you are pretty much even between the two sides of your brain is good. It shows that you are well balanced. Being organized, a multi-tasker and visual learner are all great traits. I think it is really important that you know yourself, with your strengths and weaknesses.

Great thoughts and reflection for both weeks!
